REALTOR® & Director of Operations for Agape and Associates
Brandi Buckingham-Hard is a North Texas REALTOR® who believes real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it’s about helping people navigate the changes and opportunities that come with each stage of life.

Licensed since 2018, Brandi works with buyers and sellers throughout the DFW area and surrounding North Texas communities. Whether helping a first-time buyer find the right place to call home, guiding a growing family through their next move, preparing a property for the market, or helping homeowners downsize into a home that better fits their current lifestyle, she approaches each transaction with patience, practical guidance, and personal attention.

Downsizing is an area Brandi especially enjoys because it often involves much more than simply selling one home and purchasing another. There can be years of memories, belongings, family considerations, timing, and logistics involved in the decision. Brandi understands the importance of taking the process one step at a time and helping clients create a plan that makes the transition feel manageable.

In addition to working directly with buyers and sellers, Brandi serves as Director of Operations for Agape & Associates, where she supports brokerage operations, agent development, transaction processes, and systems. Her operational background gives her clients an added advantage: she understands the details behind a successful real estate transaction and knows how to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep the many moving pieces organized from beginning to end.

Before entering real estate, Brandi graduated from the University of North Texas and spent more than two decades working for established DFW-area organizations, including 11 years with a local aerospace company and 11 years with a professional sports venue. Her experience across client services, marketing, finance, and operations helped shape the service-oriented and detail-focused approach she brings to real estate today.

Her goal is to meet people where they are, understand what comes next for them, and provide the knowledge, resources, and support they need to move forward with confidence—whether they're buying their first home, selling a longtime family home, downsizing, relocating, investing, or simply moving into the next chapter of life.
