Brandi has a strong background in customer service, operations, and relationship management, with a passion for creating systems and support that help both clients and agents succeed. After graduating from University of North Texas, Brandi spent 11 years with a local aerospace company and another 11 years working for a professional sports venue in the DFW area, where she gained valuable experience in client services, marketing, finance, and operational support.

In 2018, Brandi became a licensed real estate agent and quickly discovered that her greatest passion was not only serving clients, but also supporting the operational side of the business. She enjoys building efficient processes, improving communication, and creating structure that allows agents to focus on growth and client relationships. Her experience as an agent gives her a unique understanding of the day-to-day challenges agents face, and she takes pride in helping create systems and support that contribute to a smooth transaction experience and overall team success.
